Hero XPulse 200 4V
Hero Variant
Expert opinion and recommendation
The Hero XPulse 200 4V variant offers smoother performance and slightly higher speeds on highways compared to the earlier bikes. Xpulse is not a highway machine and straight smooth highways, but for an off-road-oriented machine, Xpulse can be surprisingly fast on curves.

- Ex-Showroom Price is the Manufacturing Cost of the vehicle + Dealer/Seller Profit + GST (Goods and Service Tax) + Transportation Charges (from the manufacturing plant to the dealership). On the other hand, the On-Road Price is the actual cost you pay to the dealership to make the vehicle legal to run on the roads. It includes Ex-Showroom Price in your city + RTO Charges (Vehicle Registration) + One Time Road Tax + Insurance Charges. The On-Road Price also includes some optional things like if you opt for Genuine Accessories and Extended Warranty while buying a vehicle. Please note that the On-Road Price varies a lot across different states in India due to different percentage for the State Registration Charges.

Professional reviews and expert opinions on Hero XPulse 200 4V
Launched in May 2019, the XPulse 200 4V is the dual-sport motorcycle by the Hero Motocorp. It was premiered in 2019 but its narrative begins with the introduction of the Hero Impulse. The Impulse was India’s first adventure bike in the 150cc segment and received a good amount of applause from Indian bike lovers. However, it failed to owe to its low power and lack of good marketing. Following the commercial failure of the Impulse, Hero MotoCorp chose to fill the hole in the segment with the introduction of the XPulse 200, a bigger displacement ADV bike. The new XPulse is an adventure tourer motorcycle, as opposed to the Impulse. Let’s discuss in detail its design, features and specs.

Hero XPulse 200 4V Design & Style
The New Hero XPulse 200 4V boasts a true adventure appearance, with high ground clearance, tough styling, and wire-spoke wheels. The brand has outfitted it with a high-mounted mudguard and a front suspension with considerable travel. An LED headlight is responsible for illumination. The light's brightness is adequate, although its throw may be improved. The front also has knuckle protectors for the handlebars, which adds to the XPulse 200's tough off-road mien. It has a non-adjustable windscreen upfront, which allows the rider to comfortably sustain highway speeds.
The robust aesthetics continue on the side and rear profiles, with substantial ground clearance, and a sculpted fuel tank with attractive body decorations. Furthermore, the motorcycle's belly receives a larger metal bash plate, which performs a better job of shielding the powerplant while off-roading. The rear profile has an expanded rear fender, LED tail lights, and dual-purpose tyres. The Hero XPulse 200 has broad handlebars and neutrally situated footpegs, allowing for a more upright riding stance. However, the saddle is tiny, which can make long journeys unpleasant.
