The new Hero XPulse 210 is set to replace the XPulse 200, featuring a liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine, a 6-speed gearbox, and a TFT instrument console. This upgrade addresses the power and torque issues of the older model, with the new engine producing 25 bhp and 20.7 Nm of torque. I think this is a significant step up for off-road enthusiasts.

The updated Hero XPulse 200 has seen a marginal decrease in power and torque but has gained 3 kg in weight. The price has also increased by around Rs. 5,000. Despite these changes, the XPulse 200 remains a popular choice for off-road enthusiasts. I think the slight weight gain might affect its agility, but its still a solid choice.

Hero MotoCorp has introduced switchable ABS modes in the latest iteration of the Hero XPulse 200 4V. This update, along with a few other tweaks, aims to enhance the riding experience, especially in off-road conditions. I believe this feature will be a game-changer for adventure riders.

The headlight issue has been an issue for a while and I'm disappointed that the company hasn't taken steps to improve the visibility. The engine could also have been refined more to make it more reliable. Other than these issues, I have no other complaints and I'm very happy with my purchase.

The Main Frame was not designed to house the Exhaust Pipe and the fact that it had to be cut to fit it into the Cylinder is a major red flag. This is a clear indication of poor design and it makes me question the overall quality of the product. This is a definite deal breaker for me.

I have been using the Xpulse 200 for the past two months and I am amazed by how great its suspension is for broken roads and unpaved paths. It navigates these roads with ease and does not cause any discomfort to the rider. The average mileage it gives is around 35 kmpl and it is suitable for both city and highway rides. It is also able to handle floods and muddy roads with ease. The only downside is that it lacks power on the highway and can only do 200 km in 4 hours when on an average state highway with stops in between.

I am really happy with the performance of my bike and the initial punch is great. The only thing that I find a bit off is the cruising speed of 100+ kmph. I know it's not a cruiser bike, but it would be great to be able to cruise at 90 kmph on the highway with the 5th gear at 4500 rpm. That's the sweet spot for me.

Hero is known for its powerful and reliable bikes. With the advent of adventure biking, the company should now look towards introducing motorcycles with 400-500 cc engines in order to cater to the needs of adventure-seekers. With its impeccable reputation, Hero has the potential to make a big impact in the adventure biking segment. The company should take this opportunity to increase its market share and create a legacy that will be remembered for generations. As a loyal Hero owner, I urge the engineers of the company to take this suggestion seriously.

Hero has always been a leader in the two wheeler market, but the recent years have been especially difficult for them. However, they’re back with a vengeance with the 200cc bikes; the Xtreme and the XPulse. It would be great to see them continue the momentum and launch 300cc and 400cc bikes soon. This could be the start of a new era for the company, and an exciting one for the two wheeler industry.
