Our Verdict

Expert opinion and recommendation

The Triumph Street Triple, particularly the older models, is a standout in its class for several compelling reasons. Its lightweight and nimble handling make it a joy to ride, whether youre navigating city streets or carving through twisty roads. The engine, with its distinctive triple-cylinder configuration, delivers a unique sound and refinement that sets it apart from its competitors. While some owners have noted minor niggles such as stalling issues, which can be mitigated with regular maintenance like cleaning the throttle bodies, the overall reliability and value for money are hard to ignore. The bikes performance, usability, and style make it a fantastic choice for those seeking a fun and capable motorcycle. However, its worth considering the pillion comfort, which is not its strongest suit, and the absence of a slipper clutch, which might be a drawback for heavy traffic riding.

These prices reflect the bikes premium positioning and the import costs associated with bringing a high-quality, international product into the Indian market. While these figures are historical, they give an idea of the investment required for such a motorcycle, highlighting that it is indeed a significant but worthwhile expenditure for enthusiasts seeking top-tier performance and quality.
