Kawasaki has revealed the 2025 Versys 650, which retains its popularity among adventure riders. The new model comes with updated electronics, new LED headlights, and maintains its powerful engine and comfortable riding position. This bike is perfect for tackling various terrains, making it a great choice for both seasoned and new riders. I believe the updates will keep the Versys 650 competitive in the mid-sized adventure bike market.

The Kawasaki Versys 1100, set to be available in dealers from December 2024, boasts a new 1,099cc engine, increasing peak power to 133.1bhp and torque to 112Nm. This update focuses on mid-range usability, making overtakes easier, especially when riding two-up. Other changes include a heavier flywheel, a secondary balancer, and a new quickshifter that operates from 1,500rpm. The rear brake disc has also been enlarged to 260mm, and a USB-C port is now standard. I think these tweaks will enhance the riding experience significantly.

Kawasaki has revealed the 2025 Versys 1100 with minimal design changes, retaining the same dual LED headlights and rear tail lamp as the previous model. The new engine, however, is a significant upgrade, with a 3mm longer stroke increasing the capacity from 1043cc to 1099cc. This results in a 15 horsepower increase, though it still lags behind competitors like the Suzuki GSX-S1000GX and BMW S 1000 XR. I believe the lack of major design updates might disappoint some fans.

There is speculation that Kawasaki might rename the Versys 1000 to Versys 1100 for the 2025 model year, although this could just be a name change rather than a significant engine capacity boost. The current Versys 1000, with its 1043cc engine, might simply be rebranded to align with marketing strategies. I think a name change without substantial improvements might not be enough to attract new buyers.

but if ur purpose is daily indian city traffic commute ONLY then look somewhere else
