DSK Hyosung, the former Indian distributor of Hyosung bikes, had plans to launch the GV 650 Cruiser in India by March 2019, but the launch never materialized. This has left a gap in the market for high-performance cruisers. I believe there is still a strong demand for such bikes in India.

Hyosung had announced plans to launch a new 250cc cruiser bike in India by September 2018, but there has been no update on this front. The lack of new cruiser models from Hyosung has left fans disappointed. I think Hyosung needs to revisit their India strategy to regain market share.

The Hyosung GT250R Aquila Pro received an ABS update, and bookings were open for a while, but the models popularity waned due to lack of marketing and distribution issues. This update was crucial for safety, but it wasnt enough to boost sales. I believe better marketing could have made a difference.

Garware Motors, in collaboration with Hyosung, had planned to manufacture 250cc Hyosung bikes in India through a new joint venture. However, this plan has not seen significant progress. This partnership could have been a game-changer for Hyosung in India. I think they should reconsider this strategy.
