The Toyota Yaris Petrol VX is a solid choice for those seeking a reliable and comfortable sedan, particularly for city driving. The ride comfort is sublime, and the cabin insulation is excellent, making it a great car for both drivers and passengers. However, the performance is not its strong suit it lacks the exhilaration and quick acceleration of its rivals, taking 13.39 seconds to go from 0-100kmph. Despite this, the smooth throttle response and predictable performance make it a great city car. The brakes offer progressive bite and sharp stopping power when needed. While there have been some issues with noise, vibration, and OEM tyres, these can be mitigated with proper maintenance and upgrades.
