Hello Sir,

I just brought Renault Duster car 6 months back from Calicut. It has some major problem

1)Back floor of the car use to become wet after driving in rain, actually I don't know were the water leaks from. I thing you understand the seriousness of this issue because it can lead to rusting of the car easily.

2)The back door cant able to open from inside.

And we took the car to the Calicut dealer to solve the issue and after 2 days they return the car claiming that the problem was solved, but the same problem still continue.

But now they are not responding to us clearly, just saying that they will talk to the higher authority and will contact us. But unfortunately they are not giving any solution for this problem. And I am very disappointed regarding their service,

I guess you will look into this matter seriously and come out with an apt solution .
