Hydraulic latches in Micra(Petrol version) Good or BAD?

NIssan Nicra: Car is cool, Interior is good, go very smooth..

About technology:

I have no idea.. to say it good or Bad. But it has Hydraulic latches (Petrol version) in engine. In the cool weather at the start of day it will give you noise like you started an old diesel car for the first 5-10 seconds.

Until the car engine temp. reaches 70 C, And then it will be fine. .

I have no idea.. Hydraulic latches are good or bad.. But it should not create a noise at least.
