2021 Honda Amaze Variant-Wise Price List: Honda launched the BS6-compliant model of Amaze in India back in January last year. At present, it is available with a starting ex-showroom price tag of INR 6.17 lakhs for the base petrol variant and INR 9.99 lakhs for the top-spec diesel automatic variant.

Mechanically, in comparison to the BS4 version, the performance figures of the BS6 Honda Amaze remain unchanged. It continues with the same 1199cc, four-cylinder, naturally-aspirated petrol engine that churns out 90HP of maximum power along with 110Nm of peak torque. The surprising change can be seen in the ARAI-certified mileage that has fallen from 19.5kmpl to 18.6kmpl for the 5-speed manual gearbox and 19.3kmpl to 18.3kmpl for the CVT automatic transmission.

The output figures for the 1.5-litre diesel engine also remain the same. It continues to churn out the same 100HP of power and 200Nm of torque when mated to the manual gearbox while 80HP and 160Nm when paired with the CVT automatic gearbox. In this engine option too, the ARAI fuel efficiency figures have fallen by up to 2.8kmpl, depending on the variant. Other than that, in comparison to the BS4 model, Honda hasn’t made any cosmetic changes to the compact sedan. Here is the variant-wise price list:
