Citroën ended production of the Citroen C1 in January 2022, marking the end of an era for this popular A-segment city car. The C1 was part of a joint venture with Toyota and Peugeot, resulting in the Toyota Aygo and Peugeot 108. Toyota has now taken full control of the assembly plant in the Czech Republic. I believe this change will significantly impact the small car market, especially for those who valued the C1s compactness and urban agility.
